Like I dont personally know what to do ...cause wont my teacher tell my mom?

In all honesty I'm not sure if they would tell your parents but your teachers may be able to do something about it (and if by some chance they don't then going to your parents about it would be the best thing to do so they can speak to your teachers and put the point across that something needs to be done about it).
What has happened isn't your fault at all - this is something you need to remember.
It's a difficult decision to make and it could well put you in a difficult position too as your parents will want to know what happened.
