Based on the way you structured your question the answer would be after your period ends. For the next 7 days it is safe to have sex for the following 14 days it is not safe to haves sex for this is the period you are most fertile. For the last 7 days of your cycle it is once again safe to have sex as you have passed the time when you would or should have ovulated.
