adviceman49 answered Sunday June 21 2015, 12:09 pm: It is biologically impossible for anyone male or female to make themselves pregnant. That being said there is the possibility of a female having what is called a hysterical pregnancy. An hysterical pregnancy has all the changes, for some women, that a real pregnancy has but does not end with the birth of a child.
Other than a hysterical pregnancy no one sex has the needed biologics in which to impregnate and support a pregnancy. Without a womb and the ability to fertilize and egg with sperm there can be no pregnancy. Artificial fertilization would not count as is a procedure done to a women and not done within her by her. Artificial insemination exists, whereby a woman may be made pregnant without having sex with, or even meeting the man who provided the sperm. But this is a very deliberate and basically clinical procedure where sperm donated by the male (by masturbating) is collected and stored carfully. The live-semen and the sperm it contains are introduced into the vagina with a syringe/pump type bit of kit. Obviously not something you can do accidentally or unknowingly.
