what questions are asked during visa interview?

My interview is on 30march monday.m scared of Wat sorts of questions are asked? M confused of some questions.my subject is bachlore in business administration with international business.so how this course will help me in making career?and wat is the answer of wat will do after completing ur study course in usa?
