I get really sad when a semester in college is over? Is this normal or weird?

usually whenever a semester in college is about to come to an end, I get this weird depressed mopey feeling. I cannot explain it. I theorize it is because I get used to my routine and the people I see everyday and now I don't like for it to end. Is this weird?

What I think might be part of what influences that feeling is the fact that most humans hate change. Change is scary or at least makes one nervous with the anticipation of things unknown or new up ahead. But the average adult in their life faces tons of changes big and little. It's a matter of learning how to enjoy life with all its unexpected twists and turns.
The people who will adjust better than others, are those who are flexible, easy going, calm, eager for change, adventurous. [ Dragonflymagic's advice column | Ask Dragonflymagic A Question ]
