While the tips I will be sharing below should help you to some degree in your weight loss journey, please be aware that sometimes it doesn't matter how a person loos or what kind of transformation they make, the self consciousness is on the inside.
It's not healthy to lose too quickly and if you do you are likely to put it back on. The key is to go at a reasonable, steady pace.
1. Drop sugary drinks from your diet, like soda and juices (once in a while is OK) and replace them with low calorie or calorie free options. Honestly, plain old water is the best. This alone will be very helpful.
2. Minimize the cars you eat and when you do eat them, tr to stick to darker carbs like wheat and whole gain breads.
3. Eat small meals with snacks in between, these should be high in protein to help increase metabolism.
4. Don't eat after say 8:30 or 9:00 p.m. At that point your metabolism has slowed for the day and you're just going to make things harder.
As far as exercises go, crunches, light weights and just simple things like taking the stairs instead of an elevator can be a big help. [ Pittguy's advice column | Ask Pittguy A Question ]
