I'm a recent college graduate who has been battling with the sense that I didn't do enough when I was in college. I started out pretty well, but as time went on I didn't spend as much time studying as I should have, I didn't go for leadership positions. I became distracted and lazy, and ended with not as good a GPA as I know I could have. Other than saying "Well it's in the past and you can't change it now" (because that will just make me feel worse) how can I get past this?

Getting over things from the past is hard. I still have random flashbacks from times I really screwed up and it haunts me. The only way to help this is to make your failure into something better. You may not have done so well, but you should try to get a job and tell them what happened and ask them to give you a chance to prove your worth. It will work. Yeah the past is the past, but you can fix it by creating a better future. Just don't give up and good luck finding a good job! If you need any more advice, ask me on my page. Good luck!
