I just want to point out that this 'dent' or dip in the shape of your nose may be hereditary, passed on by family. So if your mom or dad don't have it, and its not evident in your siblings if any, then perhaps it was further back like grandparents or great grand parents, an aunt/uncle or great aunt/uncle had the same kind of nose. In my own family, and including myself, I have more of dads features but also a mix of both my maternal and paternal grandmothers. And I have a male family member who looks identical to an old portrait of a great grand aunt of his.
If your mom has photo albums of ancestors a little ways back, it might be interesting to check to see if any had the same nose and then you'll know where it comes from. [ Dragonflymagic's advice column | Ask Dragonflymagic A Question ]

This dent may go away on its own. If not you can discuss with your parents if they will pay for a nose job. Plastic Surgery is an elective surgery that most insurance companies will not cover. Plastic surgery for a nose job is also very expensive. Depending on where you live and how much surgery is required to correct the problem a nose job can cost as much as $10,000.
Then there's the fact that you are 13 and most Plastic Surgeons will not do an elective procedure on you at this age. You should be at least 15 or 16 well into puberty before a Plastic Surgeon will consider operating and then you need parental permission and their ability to pay for it.
If not you will have to wait until you are at least 18, consider an adult and once again you ability to pay for the operation is the overriding factor. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]
