I need some help remembering my plays for football. This is my first year playing and i cant really remember a few of the plays too well. So does anyone have some tips to help me remember my plays? Thanks for reading/helping.

glasses answered Friday August 8 2014, 3:54 am: Hi there! Congrats for making the team! Don't worry. Remembering football plays are easy. My older cousin showed me how to do them when I was 12. Just focus on the group you're in and how you're supposed to attack or defend and compare it to everyone else on your line. It's probably similar, but a little different with directions. You can practice by using muscle memory. Actually run through the plays and repeat them a couple times till you memorize a pattern you must make. I hope this helps!
