Going to the gym and weight loss hi.im 16,f and i weigh 70kg.I dtarted going to the gym from about a month ago and i have a program made by a trainor and i try to eat healthy and i wonder how many times a week should i go to the gym? i go four times but is that enough? and i know that it will take a long time to see a change but how long? 3 months? more,less? im just wondering :) thnx

That should be enough of going to the gym yes. And thus is the motto I've always gone by: it takes 4 weeks for you to see the change, 8 weeks for your family and friends to notice it, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to see. ]
