I am 12 years old and my weight is 50 what can I do

50 what? kg? pounds?

What???????? You didn't say your height and I am not sure if you weigh 50 lbs. Or 50 kg. Anyway, if you weigh 50 pounds then you're practically dead, but if you weigh 50 kg. Then that actually is not bad at all. You need your height and weight to calculate your body Mass Index which is what lets you know if you are overweight or underweight. Anyway, you should be exercising and eating well regardless of if you want lose or gain weight.
P.s, you sounded pretty normal to me (assuming you weigh 50 kilograms.) (although I don't know your height.) so don't let anyone tell you that you are too fat or skinny, because as long as you are healthy that is all that matters.
Anyway good luck, and there are so many ways to exercise that I can't really say them all here. Try looking up routines online or start jogging or playing sports. Try eating healthier to have a long and happy life :-).

Is this 50 lbs. or 50 Kg? Your question is a little open ended. Being 12 and 50 Lbs. seems quite a bit underweight to me. Then again I don't know your height or frame size which factor in to the equation. If this 50 Kg then your weight is probably about right for an average frame and height. What does your doctor say about your weight?

If you can answer the questions I ask then I believe I and others can offer you some advice as to what you can do.
