Sore nipples
Hello.
I noticed tonight that my nipples are sore and hard?? I not pregnant or on my period. I have already my period?? Could it be my hormones?? HELP!! Please and thank you!!

This is extremely common. I don't know how old you are or how long you've had your period, but it's normal to experience breast and nipple soreness/tenderness throughout your cycle. As you become more regular (most women do, eventually, have a somewhat predictable cycle - although irregularity is also common) you'll become more in tune with your body and how you feel each week of your monthly cycle.
