My mom said it's not good

i workout every other day. I do lifts and other hard and heavy exercise. But my mom said it's not good for me because I'm just 16. Is she right?

Your mom is somehow right. However weightlifting can be beneficial to you but take a consideration about how much does it weigh for you to avoid muscle problems. Avoid lifting weights for more than 10kgs. Lift weights at just your age. It depends on your age. And also try exercises that you don't need to lift like push-ups or bar hanging. It can also build your muscles.
