You should always be careful when performing oral with any open sores in your mouth. You can get herpes, HPV, gonorrhea, and more. HPV is a very dangerous disease which can cause cancer. So if you haven't had your immunizations I would highly recommend it. Webmd has a lot of information on this subject. I'm not trying to say its bad if you trust him and know he is healthy. Then it can be something that you both may enjoy. But if it does scare you then you can always find alternatives to it. Hope this helps and I hope you find the answer your wanting. However, if both people are healthy, then oral sex is perfectly safe. There is nothing harmful about getting semen in your mouth, or swallowing it. Some people may not like that, and that's okay, but there is absolutely no danger. [ Razhie's advice column | Ask Razhie A Question ]
