It's only dangerous if he has an std or other blood borne infections. You should always be careful when performing oral with any open sores in your mouth. You can get herpes, HPV, gonorrhea, and more. HPV is a very dangerous disease which can cause cancer. So if you haven't had your immunizations I would highly recommend it. Webmd has a lot of information on this subject. I'm not trying to say its bad if you trust him and know he is healthy. Then it can be something that you both may enjoy.
