i know that water gets rid of acne but how long does it take? :) thank you

Question Posted Saturday March 8 2014, 6:58 am

Everyone knows that water is good for you and it helsps you with all sorts of things including your skin. But how much water do you need to drink every day to see an improvement in your skin? How long does it take? Days? Weeks? Thank you :)

They say a full glass of water with every meal is good- if you don't drink anything else, its particularly healthy. You should also wash your face at morning and night, apply acne cream at night and do not pick or squeeze it. It should disappear within weeks, months if particularly severe but it takes commitment so it does not come back again!

Weeks but also generally keeping clean is good for it too.
