Can someone tell me in full detail how to make out with a girl?
I just got in my second relationship and im not gunna ramble about that part... What i wanna ask is, how do i get her to kiss me? Along with the other Question i asked!?

Every guy your age has the same question. Fact is the girls your age are just as unknowing about this part of teenage life as you are. Making out is part of growing up and is a learned experience that will be a little different with each girl you meet.
As for getting a girl to kiss you; you have to take the lead there and make the first move. Most girls will not kiss a boy first. They want the boy to kiss them first and it is part of the learning process of making out. First you hold hands, then you hug and then you try for that first kiss.
When I was your age the first time I kissed a girl we were at a party and we all decided we would play spin the bottle. Some of the girls didn't like that because they had to kiss in front of the others and whoever the bottle feel on. We then played Post Office were the girl was in another room and you could kiss an do whatever in private for 30 seconds. As we got more comfortable with this game at other parties we moved on to making out and feeling each other up.
As I said though this is a learned experience for which there is no handbook. You have to just jump in at the deep end and see if you can swim. My only advice is to not force it. The girl will let you know, not in words, when she wants you to kiss her.
