I ordered an iPad case off of etsy ten days ago. The receipt told me it was expected to ship on the 21st. It is now the 25th and it still says not shipped. I checked today, it still said not shipped but underneath it told me I could write a review for the product on the 26th (tomorrow) so does she expect me to have it tomorrow? Do you think she just didn't change the status of the package? Regardless, I'm getting impatient and angry so I messaged her and told how I'm disappointed that it didn't come yet because every review she got said that she ships her packages in great time. She didn't reply and that was a good 4/5/6 hours ago. She already took the money out of my account, too.
What do I do if I don't get it and she doesn't answer my messages? I'm getting to aggravated now. Help!
