Well you shouldn't get involved with someone who's in a relationship. It sucks when you like someone and they only see you as a friend. But you shouldn't try to make a move or anything because number 1 it's disrespectful and number 2, it'll cause drama that no one will want.
So either you can wait around until they break up and maybe see if she might see you that way. But I'd suggest moving on and finding someone that's available.

Sucks. Sorry, but unless you want to get all drama-dude,I would just wait it out. Every now and then, SUBTLEY give her reasons why he sucks and you're great. Most people I know fall for that.
