My Grades: Studying doesn't seem to help me? I have been bad at math mostly my whole life. I am currently in 8th grade and I started out this nine weeks with a B in math because we start at 100 every nine weeks. I'm not sure what I have now but I have been getting bad scores on my papers I get back. I feel depressed and worried. My dad was bragging on me because I had a B. Now, I know I don't. What do I do? Studying doesn't help because I never remember it. I'm so depressed

B isn't too bad...
Unless you live in America ]
TAKE A BREATHER! Play some funky music and REVISE. Ignore the fact that you got a B. Just cus it happened in the past doesn't mean its going to happen again. YOURE IN 8th GRADE! Math shouldn't be your life!
I don't understand much about the American education system and all the 100 nine week thing, but coooool it.
Go back to studying- find a new method and learn it like the back of your hand. It may not feel like its sticking in your head but trust, you'll be fine in the exam- the conditions are different, etc etc. and you always know more than you think. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off and go watch "Rocky." Then go study study study- THE THINGS YOU DONT KNOW FIRST. ]
