The fact that his penis never entered you is in your favor. What is needed is did he ejaculate semen? If so did he do so on or around your vagina?
The symptoms you are having could very well be psychosomatic. Meaning you are so stressed out over this that you are having or manifesting these symptoms without reason. If you are this stressed out the chances are high, better than 95% you will also miss your period. Stress of any type is the biggest killer of a woman's period; not just stress over being pregnant.
As long as you are confident no semen entered your vagina then you cannot be pregnant. In the future if you are going to fool around like this. Cap the boys penis with a condom to trap any escaping semen. Even pre cum has enough semen in it to make a women pregnant if she is fertile at that time. Which is the other factor you need to know about yourself to when and when not to fool around. Though it is always best to make sure the boy has a condom on any time he is erect and you two are naked. Just incase things get out of hand. No pun intended.
