where can you report a website for free online

i am asking this question becuase online i want to report a site called topix which is the most evil site on the net are there any places online to report without registraiton so that it might be taken down if so post me a link but not to the actually topix

If the website is performing an illegal function such as posting child pornography or acting as a forum for drug trading, you might have a case. In that scenario, you would have to go to the police and provide proof.

If it's just a website that you don't like where people have been mean to you, you won't have a leg to stand on. Heck, people have been mean to me on this site. If it bothers you, stay off of it. It's honestly that easy.
