trouble finding the courage to delete my tumblr account

i have 1000 + tumblr followers, but i know i need to get rid of it, it's ruining my life ! how to find the courage to delete my account.

Well it's more about self control. It sucks that social media can do that to people. It's best you write down your reasons to delete it, then just delete it. Don't try to talk yourself out of it.
I mean you can even give yourself an award if you do it..like go get pizza or something.

it is very un healthy to be depending on media sites like that. Once you unconnect and start interacting with real life you will be more content :)
