HELP! Dropped my iPod Touch in the toilet.

Question Posted Thursday December 19 2013, 5:38 pm

Yes I understand that it was stupid an unresponsible of me to bring it in the bathroom, but it slipped and fell in the toilet. It had a case on it and I immediently got it out, dried it off, etc. It seems to work fine, but I don't know... It turns on right and stuff but I'm really worried :( help

Turn it off and put it in a air tight container filled with uncooked rice. It will take any moisture that may have gotten in keep it under rice for 48 hrs

The same thing happened to me only I had a bottle water in my purse that fell. My iPhone was fine for 3 weeks then slowly it be began to fuck up. First the screen was fuzzy then the speaker didn't work. Then when people called me I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. It'll be fine for now but wait 3 weeks to a month if nothing happens you're good if after 3 weeks it starts acting up then sorry you're screwed if you don't have insurance
