Personally, I enjoyed it. I'm not really a fan of action movies unless it involves a superhero. It was pretty slow in the beginning but picked up towards the middle. I thought the revamp of the storyline was good and the actors were cast well. I also liked the little remake they did to Supermans costume. For me, it wasn't the best movie in the world and sure, it could have been better (but really, what movie doesn't have something that could have done something differently to be better?) But I liked it enough that I've been wanting to get it on dvd and rewatch it for awhile now. Lots of people are hyper critical about remakes, especially when it's about superheroes from classic comics. I'm not one of those people though, so I'm not too hard to please when it comes to movies. Overall, I'd probably give it a 7/10. Maybe higher after I watch it again since it has been awhile since it's been out in theatres and I'm sure I've forgotten things.
