A solid substance of cylindrical shape, 43 inches of circumference and 1 feet length. Is how much cubic feet?

Well, first you need to fid the radius.
Let's say radius = r, and circumference = C

r = C/2pi
Or radius equals the circumference divided by 2pi

r = 43/2pi

= 43/(2*3.14)

r = 6.85

From there, the formula is this:

Volume(V) = pi*(r*r)*h

V = 3.14*(6.85*6.85)*1

V = 3.14*46.92

V = 147.34 cubic feet
