job corps drug testing

So tuesday i go to job corps and they suppose to be dropping me now i kno for a fact that my drop is going to be dirty because i smoked on the 22 or 23 of september now my question is how can i clean my system before tuesday like legit not nothing that i have to order online any method helps

You can go workout and drink lots of water. Sweat it out. People say drinking lots of water will just do the trick but that has been a tricky method for me. I always drink a ton of water then go play basketball or run. Never failed when doing it that way. Also you smoked quite a bit ago, depending on the test you probably are fine.
