I'm Gay and I Don't Want to Let My Idol Down... I'm a girl, aged 16, and right now i'm finding that i'm les. I know it's wrong, everyone tells me that, but i only found myself after Demi Lovato became my number one and helped me through life. But even though she helped me find and accept pretty cool parts of myself, finding out that i'm gay, was the only let down. Should i have to give up Demi to be normal? Can i change being gay without doing that? I know it goes against what Demi says, but i'm not good enough to get any girl, and am certainly no fit for Demi (if she was even my age!). What do i have to do about being gay?

Do you know Demi Lovato personally? Or she helped you through her music and life story? Either way, it is valid.
She does not like gay people? That would be a shock to me. Well, she grew up in Texas. Who knows? Anyways, you should be you. If you are gay, you can't change it. You're born that way. And you are good enough sweetie! Always remember that. You will find someone who loves you with all over their being and cannot get you out of their head. It will be a love so profound that no one can deny it. Look at Mary Lambert and what she has gone through. She did "Same Love" with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Look up, "Body Love" by Mary Lambert. It is eye-opening. ]
