I will add to it, that even if you don't plan to do any intercourse (meaning the penis entering the vagina) it is still a good idea to get on some kind of reliable birth control for reason like this. While in this one case there was next to no chance of getting pregnant, next thing, you or he might not notice or feel a drip of precum that ends up at the entrance of your vagina.
I would suggest you go to planned parenthood to find out about birth control.

Considering the time difference in between when he would of wiped his hand after the hand job and when he fingered you it is extremely unlikely that you could be at all pregnant. Unless his hand was wet with semen that should of dried up 30 minutes before than you are okay. Don't stress and wait for your period to come. While anything is possible it is highly unlikely you could get pregnant this way. There are more than enough bacteria on the average hand towel to kill the sperm plus sperm can not live outside the body for the length of time you have written about.
