Another thing that is more likely, is that you could get a bladder infection.
Even though the penis may look clean, there can be liquid from the anus that carries some residue of waste that can't be seen by the eye but can easily travel up the urethra which is right there in the same area.
One thing you can do is make sure to pee right after sex. Use a warm wet wash cloth to wipe down the labia from the front to the back. And one more thing if you're really worried, just drink cranberry juice for the next day. When females have a bladder infection, cranberry juice will cure it if taken all day for about 3 days time. So it doesnt hurt to drink as a precaution. [ Dragonflymagic's advice column | Ask Dragonflymagic A Question ]

Don't stress too much about it. Stressing over missing a period that's a few days late can also be the reason of your period delay. [ ieatjello's advice column | Ask ieatjello A Question ]

There is a slim possibility of sperm in the precum, but not usually. And if it didn't actually enter in to the vagina then you most likely have nothing to worry about.
