Whoever said this to you has absolutely no idea what the heck they are talking about. None of us are doctors so it is impossible for us to make a diagnoses. Only a doctor who can see and feel or do proper testing can make a proper diagnoses. You cannot tell by looking or by color.

As a parent I will tell you that spots on your hands, legs or anyplace else on your body can be very normal. You can't make a diagnoses of what something is by looking at it. A doctor would have to look at it and determine if testing is required to see if it is something abnormal or if it is just a spot or a common rash.

My advice is to let mom or dad look at the spots. I'm fairly certain they will tell you they are nothing to be concerned with. IF you are really upset by them go see your family doctor who am also certain with put you at ease over them. Tee worst case scenario I could foresee is your family doctor sending you to a dermatologist for treatment of some type of dermatitis.

Take photos of the marks, in case they disappear. In any case, you need to see your GP.
Are you sure its not from your clothing, like fabric marks?

We're not doctors, but I think you should go and see one. Quickly.
Don't worry, its probably nothing. Anything weird these days and everyone jumps to 'cancer'.
So don't panic, take photos of the marks and book to see you GP as soon as possible.
