It could be the diet. The leading brand of cat food in the UK contains lots of extra additives in it, which made my cat go like this as a kitten-very hyper.
Consider altering the diet-sticking to dry food can ease any hyperactivity, whilst she is still a puppy.
Perhaps something outside the home has disturbed her? How is she with children/other dogs?
To be honest, I think this is still part of the settling in process. Most animals go through a phase like this.
I'd just make sure I'm constantly giving her attention and wearing her out during the day by playing with her, so she's too tired to be aggressive at night.
It could be a hormone thing. i'd say if it carries on after you've tried my advice, contact your vet, or take her with you to a pet food store and ask the knowledgeable staff their why she may be aggressive. ]
