Dragonflymagic answered Friday July 12 2013, 3:52 pm: Your boobs could be sore simply because of water gain during your period where the boobs swell and so does the tummy. The pants would fit tighter around the waist during this time. I actually had such a water gain in the area that I had to wear two different pants, one size for during period and another when not on it.
If you really do want to become pregnant and have recently come off the pill, your body will be messed up for a while and take some time to fall into normal pattern and be ready to conceive. If you want to better control the timing to try for it right when you are ovulating, then there are devices you can use that help.
Look up ovulation devices on line and heres a fertility webpage that has tabs to many subjects including using fertility tools

Remember your period is the cleansing of your womb to make it ready to receive a fertilized egg. One this happens normally you will not be pregnant.
If you are having a normal period and not just spotting then the chances are you are not pregnant. If you would like confirmation of this. Once your period is done take a home pregnancy test. Follow the package directions. My thoughts are you will get a negative result.
