What's annoying is that the time it took you to write this you would've called someone for help.
You've not said what country you live in, but in the UK we have Samaritans-give them a call?
Forgive me for not being able to empathize with you, but It's up to you to ask for help from the people around you-friends & family. If this kind of support is not available, take yourself to hospital now and go get help. There's nothing strangers like me thousands of miles away can do to help you any futher. But there is help out there, and if you get off the computer and pop outside, you'll be able to find it.
