You have written that this girl is your best friend. I have to warn you that the best way to ruin a friendship is to a) have sex with them and b) to borrow money from them. It is not impossible for friendships to become romantic and finally sexual. To go from friendship to sexual will always ruin a friendship for if you ask or try to force your friend to allow you to finger her or to ask her to do something to you; it will almost always be rejected and ruin what may have been a life long friendship.
My advice is if you value your friendship then do not try to be sexual with her.

You can't convince a girl to let you finger her. Girls aren't looking for sexual things. They look for love, relationships, loyalty. If you can't give them that, then they don't really care to become intimate with you.
You seem to be looking for sex or sexual things so you should just leave it alone because you could ruin the friendship you have with her by asking her to let you finger her.
