Do carrots have vitamin D?

Question Posted Wednesday May 8 2013, 12:17 am

I saw an article online that stated that carrots have vitamin D. I was led to believe they do not have vitamin D. Can anyone point me in the direction of a reliable source of information relating foods and their nutritional qualities, thanks.

This site has a breakdown of all of the nutrients in raw carrots. As you'll see, there is no vitamin D in carrots, but they are chock full of just about everything else!
