How old are you both. If you're a first girlfriend and he doesnt want to pressure you for sex, he could be embarrassed or trying to act as if it didnt happen. When females are aroused... their arousal is hidden as their sex organ is. For a guy it is the opposite. Imagine having something on your body that reacts like that every time you see a guy whose looks you like, dozens of times a day even when you dont want it too...like it has a mind of its own and shows up when it wants to. Erections can be very embarassing you see?
