So if it is really important to you to gain weight, do it in moderation. You don't necessarily need to eat unhealthily to gain weight. You just need to add more carbs into your diet (bread, rice, potatoes.) Don't think that to gain weight you need to eat all sugar and junk food. That will just make you sick, and unhealthy. Maybe its something as simple are yo aren't eating large enough portions, or not enough times a day. Eat three meals a day, and comsume those meals until you are full and then stop. If you get hungry during the day have a small snack. The trick to gaining weight but not becoming obese is learning when you are hungry. It sounds silly because we all think we know, but when your stomach is growling, it is time for you to eat. Don't wait until dinner, have a small snack then, and then maybe eat less for dinner because your stomach wont be as empty. On the other hand, don't just eat when you are bored (which we are all guilty of.) That will just lead to obesity in the future. But don't think there is anything wrong will how you look now. Don't forget you're beautiful/handsome :) [ askali's advice column | Ask askali A Question ]

To gain one pound, you need to consume an extra 3500 calories. You can't do this too fast because you'll get sick. Try adding 500 calories a day and you'll gain 1 pound a week. Please talk to a doctor or nutritionist about this as well. They'll be able to guide you through it. Good luck! [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
