Otter Box, Smart Phones and Perspiration

Question Posted Tuesday February 12 2013, 12:42 am

Last summer it was really hot; if I'm not mistaken it was the hottest summer on record. I had gotten a smart phone and it got a tad bit of water damage on the screen from my perspiration (even though I was incessantly wiping it dry). I want to replace it, since I have a warranty and it'll only cost $40, but I don't want the same issue this summer. I was thinking about getting one of those water proof Otter Boxes but I'm not sure if they will work for perspiration. Anyone have any ideas about it. ONLY Replies from people who have experience with Otter Boxes or other Smart Phone protectors please. Thank you.

Otter Boxes are fine but if you really want to protect your phone from water damage or pretty much anything LifeProof is the way to go. I've had one for 2 years now and it's always a pretty neat party trick when I dunk my phone in the hottub and not a single thing happens to it. They also come in a variety of colors.
