Friends Issue! He likes me, should I stop being friends with him?
So I have an issue with this friend I have. He is my ex but we only dated for 3 weeks like two years ago. We have become really close lately and we pretty much talk everyday. Recently we were having a deep conversation about the past and our relationship. he admitted to me that when I went out with my latest ex that it hurt him. He also told me that when he and I were together he was at his happiest. This lead him to admit that he had never really gotten over me and that he only accepted the fact that we were never going to be anything more then friends. I don't know what to do with that. I feel that if I continue being friends with him that I will be just hurting him every time I go out with a new guy but I also feel that if I stop being friends with him I'm hurting him. What do I do? I have no feelings for him and I was the one that broke up with him when we dated. Female/16

I believe that if you want to continue being friends with him you have to talk to him about it. Maybe he believes that being friends with you is more important than being hurt when you date guys. If you do have a friendship that you dont want to lose then being open with the person is the best way to solve any problems you have. I hope I helped :)
