Think Dollar Tree:
Now you can't get everything from dollar tree(it not going to last) but there are lots of things you are going to need for you home and you can get from dollar tree.
Like:plates bowls cups.(I would not get forks or spoons or anything like that at dollar tree)Dish towels paper products(like paper pencils notepads.)
You can also get stuff like frames(like for photos) fake flowers....ect
The sky is the limit.
Also before you just start buying pots and pans and other kitchen wear you should do your research. Goggle things. Look up revives. Might seem stupid but even the top name brands can rust quickly.Or break.
Also think thrift shops.
Go to one or two and look around.

Teza answered Friday January 25 2013, 12:35 am: Congratulations on buying your home! :) Anyway, when you decorate, don't worry too much if everything matches together. If you haven't already painted, you could paint one statement wall. Also, adding art and pictures can make any room pop and it's a great way to bring out your personality. When it comes to accessories, you can always find inexpensive but very girly and cute lamps, pillows, and rugs. If you need more ideas and pictures, go to HGTV.com because there are tons and tons of great ideas that you can choose from. Have fun! [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
