Doing this stuff will make you feel healthy and make you happy! And if you would like to tone your abs, just doing a few sit ups will help with that, also running.
I want to advise you not to be worrying about how you look at such a young age, it can become addictive. Always keep the mid set of being healthy nothing less.

Brandi_S answered Monday January 21 2013, 9:37 pm: There is no quick and easy way, you have to put time and effort into working out. A good start would be doing sit ups. Do you live near a gym, or a rec center? Those would be excellent places to go to get yourself in shape.
