Uni friends
Firstly, anyone who answers please don't judge,as many people do.
I'm a shy girl, going to uni in england in september. Alot of people think shyness is just being ignorant-but I can't help it-its my predisposition you see..
Anyway, I have only a few friends now, but obviously want to make more when I go to uni.
The thing is-I don't think I fit in with other girls my age-like at all.
I guess I'm more career driven than most ppl-idk.
How would you make more friends at uni?
(I'm used to having one or two really close ones but quite like the idea of being in a group)

Maybe give some free advice about: Work/School Relationships?
Maybe you don't fit in with girls your own age at your other school, but you must remember you're going to a new school with a whole new bunch of girls. Perhaps you'll feel more comfortable with the girls at Uni.
Even if you do want to branch out and have a group of friends, its still a good idea to have one or two really close ones. I know you're shy (which doesn't make you ignorant at all) but you'll just have to try to be brave and put yourself out there.
