I don't know if this will help you, but I got this from a forum:

Question was How can I upload Roxio videos to Youtube?

"Thanks everyone! I made the video on the DVD builder and then went back to the main roxio page after I saved the video. Then I opened up Video Wave and opened my project. Then I pressed file/output production to.... It asked me what I wanted to convert the video to, so I chose to change into a video file. When it asked me what I was going to use the video for, I chose posting on internet. After it was changed into a different kind of file, I went onto YouTube and followed all of their instructions for uploading a video."
