You're young and haven't been together long, so I don't think you need to get him anything big or expensive.

Bake him some cookies.
Make him a mix cd.
Get him chocolates.
Get him some cologne.
Get him a picture frame with a picture of you two in it.

It has only been a few months so spending on something expensive is not required. Remember with any gift giving occasion it is the thought behind the gift that counts and not the value of the gift.

For Valentine's Day the thought behind the gift is your feelings for him. There are many way to express this. You can do so with a gift you make yourself. You can purchase a small inexpensive memento as a keep sake.

You do whatever you can afford, you don't go into debt or dig into your college fund. If all you can afford is a card then that is what you get him.

I've put together a list, but obviously it depends on his personality (cute or hot)
1) Chocolates
2)A nice aftershave set
3)A me to you bear
4) Just a quality card with a nice message inside

I think these are best considering how long you've been together, but obviously check out card shops for cute mugs and frames and things.

ok, so its only been a couple of months, so no need for flashy presents that cost more than your years pocket money.
maybe something nice and thoughtful, like a picture of the two of you in a frame? you can get some nice ones from places like wilko's, card shops, or even make your own?
