Excersizing the week before your period, taking ibuprofen and using a heating pad can all relieve cramps and make your period not as heavy. As the last poster said taking birth control you can skip up to 3 periods in a row and then allow yourself to have one. Ask your parents about getting on birth control and if you can all reach an agreement they can set you up a doctors appointment. :) [ MandaBear's advice column | Ask MandaBear A Question ]
