You cannot make someone like you. If you want her to become interested in you then be nice to her but it is either she likes you or she doesnt.

You sound like you may be shy but here's what i suggest next time you see her just approach her but don't be all weird just act calm even if inside your totally freaking out say hi compliment her say something like your really pretty or you look nice today and then ask her would she mind if you got to know her and ask if she has a phone number but make sure she's by herself, if your too shy for this then try to find her on facebook and add her and message her , This might not get her to like you instantly but im pretty sure if you let her get to know you and you get to know her then im sure she will grow to like you i can't really give a good answer because idk if you know her that well or if you guy are friends? i need some clarification.
