is a girl i know trying to make me jealeous?
one day in school at lunch i was heading back to my table to sit.as i sat,i noticed a girl i know having a conversation with her friend girls about a boy who sat at my table.now this boy-regularly has my lunch period and sits at my table, (we don't talk like buddies because hes not my friend hes an associate,just another boy like me and we talk about videogames sometimes at school).he was just sitting there to his self minding his business suddenly,i hear her say "oh so and so is so cute and stuff" right while hes sitting there as she faced her friends and him.i don't know if she notice but her voice was in a tone were most people sitting at the table could here.she then gets up walks around the table to the boy and play hit him once on the shoulder and smiles at him.she sat on my side of the table with her friends, and he sat across from me, so for example when she got up and went over to him you can see her across from me doing this.but whats odd to me is that he just acts normal like hes not paying her any attention to what she is saying.right after i ask her does she like him right then, she gets mad and tells me to shut up,then the conversation with her friends about him stopped,and she continued with her anger towards me. after,she got back to just chatting with her friends like she normally does.usually shes nice,whenever i see her regularly i say hi and she would do the same and i would give her a five. but that day at lunch she was acting different with me, the next day she was talking to her friends at lunch like she regularly does, and its usually just her and her friends talking. she talks with others but her friend girls are who she manly hangs with.the boy who sits at my table,is someone she knows from class but they don't talk like that either.she just knows him because he has her class.so im confused at why she did what she did that day and what it could mean?

It could possibly mean she likes him and is jealous he associates with you. Hard to tell as I don't know the whole situation. However, if she wants to make a fool of herself then let her. Most people are not attracted to jealousy anyway. Meaning, the guy will very likely get bored of her real fast.

well when you asked her if she liked him if it was right in front of him and she told you to shut up then obvs she likes him and not you no offense. i think she was trying to go for him and maybe to shy to talk to him in class and since she knows you she probably felt more comfortable to sit next to you and started talking with you guys to see if the guy would pay attention to her and maybe if he would be interested in her. she tried getting his attention because she had interest in him
