I asked this guy for his number ..

Question Posted Sunday December 16 2012, 12:05 pm

So i like this guy at school .. I finally asked him for his number friday but he kinda hesitated :/ .. he was like ''I I I I dont have my phone right now uhh ill ill talk to you later'' then he walked away .. Does this mean he was nervous or does it mean he needed an excuse to get out of it??

I am going to go with the latter. It sounds very much like an excuse. If he was interested he could have made a specific plan, e.g. "I will give you my number tomorrow", or got your number instead.

It's always possible that he was nervous, heck I know better than anyone how stupid nervous guys can act, but if he doesn't come to you with his number then I think you can assume he is not interested.

It depends on the guy. He probably likes you and is nervous about you asking this, and/or either he doesn't have a phone and is embarrassed. If he is telling the truth about not having his phone right now, there is probably a good reason why. Hope this helped!

Good Luck
