What should I do when I see him at school again? I don't even know his name...
Hey everyone :) Sorry about the length, but all of this is relevant to the question, I promise :) (When I say "brother" i mean the guy I was raised with)
At school, in between 5th & 6th period, there's always this guy I notice staring at me. He would hold the door & kind of watch me as I walk away. One day he stopped right in front of me on the stairs, & when I looked up at him, he just smirked and stood there. He finally moved, & I kept walking. This happened again a few days later, but this time I got closer to him & said, "Excuse me." & waited for him to move. Other days, he just stood close to me & stared at me. I thought this was really strange, but I thought he was funny & he didn't stink, so I let it continue.
Yesterday I went to a party at my friend's house (I was raised with him) because it was his dad's birthday. When we got there, the same guy that I saw at school was there, (I didn't know that they knew each other) & he was looking at me with these eyes that said something, but I don't know what. After a few more looks, I said "where have I seen you before?" He smiled & walked away. The guy I was raised with introduced me to his group of friends who were at the party. When he got to the guy at school, I said "I already know him..." & he grinned. I smiled & said "nice to meet you" & walked away. I was talking to him a few times after that, & he said that he knew my "brother" for a long time. He asked me to dance.
The first time, he didn't really try anything. The only thing he did was try to put his head against mine to make it look like we were really into it, but I moved my head away, pretty roughly I think. It was a reflex, & I felt bad & put my face close to his so that our foreheads touched. He smiled, & I pulled away, more gently this time. That time, we were the only ones dancing at the second half of the song. We would just look at each other, smile, look at each other again. One time we both licked our lips & looked at each other & I thought he was gonna kiss me. I looked in the mirror & I saw that he looked really into it. When I saw we were the only ones dancing, I said "You know we are the only ones dancing right?" He held me firmer & closer, looked at me, & said "I know."
The second time I danced with him, he held me closer. Our knees touched a few times, & even though I am definitely not attracted to him, my breathing got heavier. I'm pretty sure he noticed my breathing, but hopefully thought that it was just because we were dancing. Once again, we were the only ones dancing. I pointed it out, & he smiled. He spun me around about 9 times & once, I purposely messed up the direction in which he wanted me to spin & he laughed at me & looked at me with those eyes again. He tried to get me to look at him a lot too but I tried not to.
He asked me to dance 2 more times after that. I said no, and went on the laptop to listen to music and answer some questions on here, & Netflix because I was tired of dancing & walking around for 5 hours. He came in the room with my "brother" and he got suddenly really shy & he said "no you tell her!" To my brother & he thought of something really quickly & said "he wants to use the computer." But he didn't make any move to come & use it when I asked him.
So my questions is, do you think he likes me? And what should I do when I see him at school again? I don't even know his name...

OMG!!! i wish that was me! he sounds really sweet! and yes i know he likes you, there's not really any other answer to this behavior. You should ask your "brother" what his name is. you can try to talk to your brother about him and whats going on. when you see him at school again, just be yourself, keep talking more, hang out more, and get to know each other better.You might soon find that your attracted to him, it happens all the time, the more time you spend with someone, the more attractive they become.
